We’re four weeks out from the Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Bikini Pro and there are TWO women entered to compete. If you’re not dieting and training for the show by now chances are you’re not going to compete.
I don’t get it. You have NO advantage by waiting until the last minute to send your contract in. It’s not fair to the promoters to wait until the week of the show to enter the show. The media needs to know who is in and who isn’t, in order to build any type of interest in the shows. Previewing a show with two competitors isn’t interesting.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the Europa Battle of Champions is being held the following week and there are ZERO pro bikini competitors entered. WTF?
It’s pretty simple ladies. You contact the IFBB Pro League office, request a contract for the show you wish to compete in. Then you mail it, fax it or scan it and email it back. It takes you all of 5 minutes.

what if no one is interested in competing and that’s why? it is summer time.
What if promoters stopped putting on shows?
Women complain there aren’t enough shows, then they don’t enter when there are shows. Another complaint is that shows are too spread out, well here are two examples of shows being back to back.
Summer time is even more reason to compete. Now you have a great body to be rock’n poolside.
Some people have FAMILIES:) Maybe thats why Or possibly other reasons!!!!
or they are procrastinators and wait until the last minute to send it in.
Bikini is so new, maybe the pro ranks aren’t filled up enough yet to garner a higher number of entries. I personally haven’t heard of any Bikini women complaining about not enough shows. The only “complaints” I’ve heard were in regards to Fitness shows. That is a whole different ball of wax!
I don’t buy it.
I’ll put money that both shows end up with 10 or more bikini girls in each show. The problem is waiting until the last minute to send in contracts. Many women want to wait and see who else is in the show before sending in their contract. Yes, that’s a reason more than one competitor has told me.
I hear ya on the fitness but believe me the bikini women complain just the same.
Hello Isaac!!! I am competing in both shows. I am sending the contracts today. My sister had twins and I have been helping her…..and yes, I do think some people try to see who is competing, or hide that they are competing, and this is silly! Compete against yourself!!
Congrats on the twins and glad to hear you’re competing. See ya at the shows!
Thanks Isaac! See you there!!
I’ve never heard a bikini competitor claim that there aren’t enough shows, but your ‘dieting and training by now’ blast is sure to be a classic.
You don’t associate yourself with many bikini competitors Tre as they tend to not have what you’re looking for.
LOL at the classic.
I want to do it… But need to qualify first. There probably many of us waiting for the national qualifier events. There are only 6 this year so it is probably limiting the flow upward to pro
True, Ike…they can’t all be J-Law!!
Send in your stuff girls!!!!!
