You are a winner. I see you understand the need to prepare for the Arnold with
not just strength training for the body, but the total package which incudes the mind.
It is a combination of physical beauty and acting. You have to “look” the part and I
am certain you will. Your being self critical and knowing that it is subjective is all in your favor.

You’re definitely right about this, we’re all in it to win…but not necessarily to win the trophy. Winning is a matter of what prize you place on it. I believe winning can be a number of things! To me, having a great experience is winning!
