Clean Cooking Clinic
I’m a fan of the FOOD Network and when you’re on a diet or prepping for a show it’s pretty much food porn. Most of the things made on the various shows look delicious but most likely won’t be on your healthy living list. It doesn’t mean you can’t make things healthy and interesting. Here’s an idea to help you do just that.
I encourage those of you in the Denver area to check out IFBB Pro Carla Sanchez’s Clean Cooking Clinic with Chef Randy Reynolds. The clinic will be held on January 23rd from 1-4pm. The cost for the clinic is $35. If you’re interested in this clinic send an email to prteaminfo@gmail.com and tell her Hardbody sent you. This looks like it will be fun and educational.
Chef Randy Reynolds
Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Randy began his culinary training in his parents’ kitchen as a young boy. Growing up by nearby Mexico, along with family influences, created a passion for Latin influenced cuisine that would later be echoed in his culinary training. Through years of extensive traveling throughout North America, spending time on Japanese fishing boats in Dutch Arbor Alaska, and cattle ranches in Kansas City, Randy learned diverse cooking techniques of each culture by using fresh and local ingredients. As a self-taught chef he has opened countless restaurants, Gumbos, Il Fornaio, Sparrow, Tamayo, and La Sandia from the ground up and worked alongside some of the premiere chefs in the country including Josh Boshford, Massamo Ruffanazi, and Richard Sandoval. He has appeared on several morning cooking demos, as well as performed at both the ‘Taste of Colorado’, channel 7 News, and has been featured in a ‘chef expose’ in the Denver Daily News. As a new father, Randy has continued with his love and passion for healthy and flavorful cooking, and currently leads the prepared foods department at Whole foods.
