Mike is amazing. I love his no nonsense way about him. I started working with him recently and I can’t even begin to tell you how nice it is to have someone who knows his stuff tell it to me straight.

Fitness Factory Rocks !! and not only 30 girls in NY but 40+ competitors at the Ohio State/Great Lakes show……Mike Davies is the man !! No one in the industry works w/ the passion he does !
