A New Nicole in New York

I had a chance to chat with IFBB Figure Pro Nicole Wilkins-Lee and her husband last night. They are a cute couple and good people. Nicole shared that she felt great and is lighter than her win in Orlando. I don’t know many competitors who say they look horrible BEFORE a show. I thought hmmm… erkay sure Nicole sure you look better than Orlando.

Most competitors will meet with their trainers/nurtitionist and have them take a look at how they’re doing. This is where the finer details of things come into play…. How to pose, eat more, eat less or whatever the case may be. Regardless, this is where the little things matter. I had a chance to see how Nicole looked when she met with her trainer/nutritionist Kim Oddo and WOW! Nicole wasn’t kidding. Nicole is tighter, more relaxed and has a tinier waist then I’ve ever seen her bring .

Take this to the bank… You will see the best Nicole Wilkins-Lee physique to date. She will be tough to beat at this show, especially with this newly refined physique.
