There are a lot of claims being made out there. There are people saying you can get in shape spending somewhere between 7 and 9 minutes in the morning.
There are others saying you can look good by pushing and pulling your own body weight. In SEAL Training – I believe we called this calisthenics (i.e. Push-ups and sit-ups).
But let’s get real. Five to ten minutes each morning is barely enough time to make coffee and SEAL training resulted in giving me an ugly physique.
What? That’s right! All that “mastering my own body weight” didn’t do anything positive for my appearance.
