If you guys noticed, she never talks about her personal life. Here is not her point. Her point is to share what, in her personality, makes her do the things she does (related to bodybuilding)
Personally, what she says makes so much sense to me, that it made me re-think a lot of things about myself. I’ve never seen somebody actually say so much, so efficiently….
