Thursday Thoughts via Pauline Nordin
I stopped by Pauline Nordin’s blog today and found this sentence enlightening:
Instead of saying “I have to do cardio” I adopted saying “I choose to do cardio”. I said “I want to be extremely fit” instead of saying “I don’t want to get out of shape”.
I like that.
I like that too .. there is a woman locally that adapted the “I GET TO” phrase and I’ve found myself using it too. Instead of “I have to go to work” … I now say .. “I get to go to work”!
