We’ll be featuring a HARDBODY with Tight Curves on the site beginning today. The first featured athlete is new IFBB Figure pro and overall NPC National Figure Champ, Erin Stern. Erin took top honors in the “F” Class in Atlanta, GA last month, in only her third show ever. I had the privilege of photographing her the day after her big win and she is a natural in front of the camera. Look for her to make an immediate impact in the pro ranks. Erin not only has a smoken physique but a great attitude and winning sense of humor to match it, as you can see in this video:

Do you have a story you want to share? I have plenty of stories! The turning point in my life was getting control over unhealthy eating habits. In college, I was told by a coach that I needed to lose weight to jump higher. I went from 140lbs to 120lbs by doing excessive cardio and greatly limiting calories. After my last season, I ballooned up to 150lbs! In order to be healthy again, I had to figure out what was bothering me and had to set new goals. I had support at the gym and from my family, and finally reached a healthy weight… and finally found happiness!
