I have been a certified Spinning Instructor with Madd Dog Athletics for about 10 years. I currently teach at two different gyms, on the average, teaching 5 classes a week. Along with spinning I’ve been working with a great Personal Trainer for the past couple of years, while working on my ACE Certification. My job as a business owner allows me the opportunity to have a flexible schedule. Exercise is my first priority in the morning, and then it is on to business.
