Props to FLEX magazine for getting the women back in print. The feature is called, “The Girls Are Back” and back they are. The new magazine has Silvio Samuel on the cover and should be hitting the shelves now. The photos is the new issue are bad ass and Pauline looks awesome. I’m digging these photos and this direction in the mag.

ABSOLUTELY !!!! This is how things should have always been in the mags…. I am one for more muscle being a fairly muscley gal myself.. I love the leanness, the muscle the look in general. I am not crazy about the change over to smaller, less defined, or less muscle for Figure competitions. I love all the girls like Rachel Cammon and Alicia Marie as well as all the others, they are beautiful, but Paulines look is more me.
The change over to more subtle physiques takes all the fun hard work out of it. I still desperately want to compete and so to do so and hopefully place decently I had to really back off of weight training. I train 2-3 days a week now rather than the 5-6 that I use to. Now it’s all cardio for me. I miss it but I want to compete also, so you go with what you have to.
But Pauline is a favorite of mine and she ROCKS totally

Pauline knows what her body needs and has the talent and drive to do the work necessary to grow and sculpt her body to perfection. She must be very intuitive in choosing what to do and how to do it. Her results are breathtaking.
