Two more women joined the IFBB Professional ranks. Gale Frankie won the Master’s Heavyweight Bodybuilding and overall title. Tina White took top honors in the Master’s Figure E Class as well as the overall crown. Congratulations to both women and to all who competed in the show.

I HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM PITTSBURGH AFTER A LONG, HARD COMPETITION WEEKEND.
I WANTED TO SAY THANKS TO EVERYONE HERE WHO WROTE SUCH KIND AND SUPPORTIVE WORDS TO ME! IT MEANT SO MUCH TO ME TO SEE YOUR COMMENTS HERE, RECEIVE YOUR TEXT MESSAGES WHILE I WAS AT THE SHOW AND JUST KNOW THAT I HAD FRIENDS THAT WERE ROOTING FOR ME!

I ALSO EXTEND MY THANKS TO MY TRAINER/NUTRITIONIST, KIM ODDO OF BODY BY O. HE IS MY MENTOR, MY COACH AND I COULD NOT DO ANY OF THIS WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WHO COMPETED AT THIS SHOW. I MUST SAY THAT THE LEVEL OF COMPETITION WAS VERY TOUGH WHICH SHOWS THAT AGE SHOULD NOT MATTER.

I want to thank all my family and friends for all there support…it is still so surreal.
