This is a candid, behind-the-scenes shot from Memorial Day weekend of the reigning champ of fitness, Adela Garcia. Adela was trying to stay warm and cover her eyes from the sun when I snapped this pic. Those of you attending the Houston Pro Show will get a chance to meet Adela. Ask her what she’s doing for her routine this year at the Olympia.
