It’s one of the highlights of every show for me; the fitness routines. It’s a challenge to capture the action as it unfolds in front of you and that one moment in time when everything clicks. I often have more photos that are blurry, out of focus or cropped wrong but for those that total suck, I usually end up with a couple that totally rock. One of my favorite competitors to shoot on stage is IFBB Pro Tracey Greenwood. There is something about her routines that no matter what outfit she is wearing or what moves she’s doing I’m able to capture her at the right time. I think a good portion of it is that Tracey holds her moves longer than most and times her strength moves in an order that is logical.

Issac, GREAT PICS of Tracy and her routine!!! Its unbelievable how she can do a routine that involves all of those strength moves…. One can always find a pic of Tracey flying through the air or twisted into some crazy strength move. She is Amazing at what she does…actually let me rephrase… she is Amazing at EVERYTHING she does!!!
Tracey is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had the opportunity to see her in action LEARNING a routine on several occasions (we share the world’s GREATEST choreographer, Kevin Creegan–XOXO, K-love!!! hee hee!), and she is just incredible. That woman works harder than anyone I know, and she has given me (and Im sure many other amatuers) so much good advice. She is totally grounded and has a way of putting in perspective.
Trixy Greenbottom, you ROCK!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will see your crazy a** in Chicago!!!
Love, S!
